The problem

When a market has four sales a quarter, a standard CMA is an educated guess.

  • Comps are thinA handful of sales, spread across years, rarely alike.
  • Location swings valueFrontage, lake quality, ski access and view can move a price more than square footage.
  • Sellers push backSecond-home owners are sophisticated. They want to see why, not just a number.
What REVx does

One pricing layer for your whole office.

REVx sits on top of your MLS data and the tools you already use. Agents get a price they can defend. You get consistent pricing across the office.

Comps

Comp quality, not comp count

See which sales actually belong in the analysis and why, so a thin market still produces a defensible range.

Micro-markets

How sellers really behave

Sold-to-list, days on market and price-reduction patterns, broken out by the micro-markets your agents actually work.

Movement

Where the market is heading

Track pricing, inventory and days on market as they shift, so agents walk into an appointment current.

Presentations

Client-ready reports

Turn the analysis into a clear report a seller can follow, branded to your brokerage, for the listing appointment.

Consistency

One standard across agents

Every agent prices from the same intelligence, so your brokerage's numbers hold up from office to office.

Security

Private to your brokerage

An internal, authenticated tool for your advisors. It is not a public listing search site, and your analysis stays yours.

How it works

Set up around your market, not a national average.

Connect your MLS data

We work through your MLS's licensed data process, authorized by your brokerage.

Define your micro-markets

We map the areas your agents price every day: lakes, shorelines, ski access, neighborhoods.

Price and present

Agents use REVx before every listing appointment and bring a client-ready report to the table.

Versus a CMA tool

Your CMA tool builds the report. REVx tells you what goes in it.

Keep the tools you have. REVx is the intelligence underneath them.

We built REVx for our own listings because we kept losing the pricing conversation.
Built by agents

REVx started in Sun Valley, Idaho, a resort market where a few blocks, a view or a short walk to the lift can change a price by hundreds of thousands of dollars, and where there are never enough comps.

We needed a way to show sellers why a price was right, not just tell them. So we built it. Now we're bringing it to brokerages in markets with the same problem: lake country, mountain towns and second-home markets.

Founding partners

One brokerage per market.

We're taking on a small number of founding brokerages. Each one gets its market protected: once you're in, we won't sell REVx to a competing brokerage in your territory for the first term.

  • Territory protection, defined by county
  • Setup around your micro-markets
  • Founding-partner pricing, locked in
  • Direct line to the founders
Questions

Common questions

Is REVx a CMA tool?

A CMA is one thing you can produce with it. REVx is the pricing intelligence underneath: which comps matter, how sellers in each micro-market behave, and where the market is moving.

Do we have to drop RPR or Cloud CMA?

No. Keep them for building reports. REVx gives your agents the judgment that goes into them.

Where does the data come from?

From your MLS, through its licensed data process and with your brokerage's authorization. Setup depends on your MLS, and we'll walk you through it.

Who can see our analysis?

Only your brokerage. REVx is an internal, authenticated tool for your advisors, not a public-facing listing search site.

What does it cost?

Pricing is a flat office license sized to your brokerage, with founding-partner rates for the first brokerage in each market. We'll go through it on a short call.
